NHL Fantasy Hockey 2009/2010

Hi!

Ich interessiere mich für Fantasy Hockey hab aber noch nicht genau verstanden wie das funktioniert.

Muss ich da eine eigene Liga gründen oder werd ich einfach irgendwo hineingesteckt?
Wie stellt man seine Mannschaft zusammen (kann ich meine Spieler selbst wählen oder gibts nen Draft)?
Falls Draft, wie funkt das dann genau?
Gibts sowas wie nen Salary Cap?

Ich weiß sind sehr viele Fragen auf einmal, aber ich hoffe irgendwer kann mir etwas weiterhelfen.
